Ingredients: premium wheat flour, stringless half-fat pork, pork fat, cow milk, butter, chicken eggs, bulb onion, drinking water, white granulated sugar, salt, ground black pepper.

• carbohydrates 13.0 g.

Energy (caloric content) per 100 g of the product: 1,251 kJ (299 kcal).

Shelf life and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature not exceeding -18°C.

In the summer, carrying in thermal packs is recommended.

Cooking method: Benderiki are defrosted at room temperature, egg batter is made, if desired, and benderiki are fried in preheated sunflower oil (butter) over low heat.

Refreezing is not allowed.
